The Healing Path offers a range of classes to meet your comfort level in intimate yoga studios hosting semi-private classes with a maximum of sixteen students per class or you can arrange private instruction. Classes are intimate and guarantee personalized attention from our Certified Instructors. We believe that the basic moves - the foundation - of any class such as yoga or Pilates, is understanding and correctly executing the basics. Correct posture, form, and transition between exercises are important elements in ensuring you get the most from each class and avoid injury.

We believe practice is about commitment. Our goal is to help you stay true to the commitment you make to yourself by offering a limited class size for individual attention and safety and quality instruction from our certified instructors. We encourage you to choose from our variety of classes and different instructors to find a fit for you. We will make every effort to help you nurture yourself and stay committed to your practice.
