Prenatal massage is a wonderful way to relieve stress and promote relaxation. It can also help to develop the sensory awareness necessary to relax during First Stage of labor; recruit appropriate muscles during pushing phase and improve the outcome of labor.

First Step - New Expectations
This mini prenatal massage will reduce muscle tension associated with pregnancy, teach you trimester appropriate positioning with pillows and props and techniques to reduce edema (swelling in legs and feet) and leg cramps. Regardless of your individual circumstances, a pregnant woman’s body is challenged, changed and stressed in many ways and massage gives special attention to the mother-to-be, which in turn nurtures the new life that grows within her.
Introductory 45 minute session is $65.
Second Step - Peaceful Pregnancy
Peaceful Pregnancy massage is a 75 minute session in the second trimester devoted to help mom reach a deep state of relaxation, relieve the aches and pains of pregnancy, provide stress release and improve circulation. Time will be dedicated to teach techniques to use at home ~ proper pillow positioning to sleep comfortably at night, exercises to reduce edema and leg cramps, and breathing techniques to enhance relaxation.
Receiving prenatal massage every 3 to 4 weeks is recommended during the second trimester to maintain muscle tone, reduce muscle tension and relieve stress for mom - which benefits the baby. Ask about our prenatal packages.

Add "Treating Tired Legs and Feet” : $40
Third Step - Nurturing Mom
As the baby’s weight doubles in the third trimester, the mother experiences new challenges with gait change, moving and breathing. The focus of this massage session is to prepare mom for labor and delivery with breathing and positioning techniques to make mom more comfortable, reduce muscle tension, improve circulation (reducing edema) and enhance overall relaxation.
During the third trimester it is recommended to begin receiving massage every two weeks until delivery. Ask about our prenatal packages.

Treating Tired Legs and Feet
This 30 minute massage will provide relief to aching feet and legs by utilizing targeted massage techniques to address the common prenatal issues of edema (swelling in legs and feet) and reduce tension in feet, calves, thighs and hips. This thirty minute service may be added to our second and third trimester pregnancy massages. 30 minutes: $45
Mother Massage
Postnatal Massage provides emotional support and physical nurturance for the new mother, restoration of the abdomen and weight bearing muscles and joints and reduces muscle tension in the neck, upper body and lower back from lifting and carrying your newborn. This session will help you restore and recharge so you have the time and energy to nurture your little one. Babysitting available!
75 minutes: $85
90 minutes: $115
60 minute massage is available with babysitting for $75 plus the babysitting fee.
Prenatal Yoga is a great way to connect you and your baby through pranayama breathing and trimester appropriate safe postures which with help prepare Mother’s body for gait changes that occur. The postures used teach relaxation techniques including meditation and breathing, which will help during labor and delivery. Prenatal yoga also eases the aches and pains of pregnancy.
